It's a pretty cool flash vid. Have you tried playing with the alpha? I'm a bit rusty on my flash, but I remember manipulating the alpha on the graphics to fade it in and out. As for audio, I'm not sure how to fade it in and out, always thought there was an option for that in some property window or something.

fade in and out? just create 2 key frames. the second one u delete the pic. or opasity 0 it. then create animation between them.
and there u go. fade out.
