Queen Ahsoka Naj Vaada Details by The-First-Magelord Queen Ahsoka Naj Vaada Details by The-First-Magelord
For the Fans:

This is for those folks that like the behind the scenes stuff like me! :D

For the Mods:

There is no nudity I promise! And none implied in this technical illustration in which no genitalia or nipples were ever created as a part of this breakdown of the art so please consider this if you get any complaints.

The Technical stuff:

As you can see I drew a ton of stuff! In the final pic you only see one fourth of the entire background that I drew and Queen Ahsoka's new Scepter Lightsaber is kind of blocked. As with all my work I usually draw the entire object so I can move it around if need be like the Emperor's thrown, Background and so forth.

Some of the details that are hidden or otherwise blocked from view as well as detail shots of things that were..

1. Breakdown of Emperor's Thrown Room
2. Scepter Lightsaber
3. Detail of Headdress
4. Chest plate detail with Akul teeth!
5. Togruta Commando Helmets (I'll finsh drawing one of these badass's later)
6. Claw finger ring (did you see it the first time!:D)
7. Skirt detail Also with Akil Teeth! Ton of little objects in there!
8. Emperor's thrown
9. Close up of Ahsoka's Face
10. Ahsoka body details drawn so that detail was only needed where skin was exposed.
11. Ahsoka's Royal Regalia as seen without Ahsoka!
12. Ysalamiri A small creature native to the planet Myrkr that has developed a FORCE negating ability that nullifies the effects of FORCE users within it's close proximity.
13. I went so far as to draw Darth Vader walking onto the scene of the emperor's assassination and it just detracted from the art so it was removed and did not finish detailing it.

It got cut but it was planned as you see Ahsoka and her guard looking at someone entering the room that someone was supposed to be Vader. :D

Looking forward to the Togruta commandos, it'l be interesting to see if they turn out like the Emperor's guard, Stormtroopers, or something else? I'm sure they'll look badass in either case.

Wow. This is so cool! When I see your amazing works of art, I merely enjoy them... okay, perhaps "GREATLY" instead of "merely."

But to see this breakdown and to see all that went into it, all the details and planning, all of the things that are no longer visible in the final image, now I can begin to *appreciate* all that went into it... hopefully that makes sense.

My only complaint are the concessions you were forced to make to keep the mods happy. :-) Oh well, a very small price to pay indeed for your caliber of work.

Great job!!!

I understand what you mean. This is where computers come handy, because years back you would have never been able to be so kind as to break it down this way! You are giving the viewer an inside look to the process. Really great work bro! :)

now that I see them without her feet, I quite appreciate Ahsoka's shoes. Man. there's like three hundred teeth on her, between the skirt and the cape and the jewelry and the headdress... sure hope the Akul's not an endangered species...

Ah, this is interesting:

Since the "Queen Ahsoka" image was shown seperately, I of course assumed that it was composited into the Throne Room scene, but I had no idea that so much of the image was also a 'seperate element' that was composited into the final product.

How long did this all take? (I may have missed it if you said it before)

Yeah I tend to waste a lot of time drawing things that are not going to be completely seen in the end.

I took my time with it so I didn't really keep track. Sorry but it must have been on and off around...12 hours of just playing with it over several days and that includes the other one is included in that time as well.
